He grew up in Louisville, Kentucky where his enthusiasm for the craft was sparked and his ambition to be a builder, like his father and grandfather, began. Starting his career in Kentucky shaped John into the well-rounded builder that he is today. He has hands-on experience with manual labor trade work on every aspect of a build, from the foundation to the roof shingles-something that sets him apart from the competition. John sees when tradesmen are trying to cut corners or when something is being done wrong and has complete oversight to avoid such mistakes. He exclusively works with a select group of craftsmen that know the quality of work he demands to deliver you an exemplary home. The family business continues with his two sons learning the trade and building on the legacy of quality homes and satisfied clients that began many years ago.
